We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the mountains nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the cozy sitting area and dining table in our room. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. We were impressed with the spa and wellness center, which provided a relaxing sauna and massage services. The hotel also offered off-site car parking and free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

We liked all the hotel offered : comfortable beds and helpful staff. There was a sunny balcony in our room. We stayed close to our favorite places such as balcone panoramico tognola. Even the Bolzano airport was not so far.
All good.

Spent a lovely Easter in the mountains. The fresh bread delivered to our doorstep every morning was a nice touch, as was the cozy and clean apartment with modern amenities. The town was alive with activity and we were perfectly situated near shops, restaurants, and ski slopes.
The check-in process was a bit confusing and took longer than expected, but once we settled in, all was well. The apartment was not very well-lit and could have used better lighting for evening reading. Additionally, there was no outdoor space for relaxation, but given the central location, it wasn't a major issue. an enjoyable stay in a beautiful mountain town.

The view from the balcony of our suite was breathtaking and the location was perfect for skiing and exploring the charming town. The included breakfast and croissants delivered to our door added an extra touch of convenience to our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, especially for the price we paid during the Christmas season. , the soundproofing was not great as we could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms.
